Project Overview & Concept

Our team conducted research on the Guggenheim Bilbao Museum, to further analyze and get information on the content of the museum. We conducted an in-depth analysis of their current website and identified user pain points and possible areas for improvement.

We came up with a user profile and practiced scenarios to help guide us to a better user experience. Our goal was to create a seamless user experience with high usability for all of the visitors of the website.

Our challenge for this project was to convey the site in a technologically friendly manner due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The museum's website would be accessed more virtually meaning that we had to design an interactive user experience within our website to still maintain and implement features they offer its visitors.
